Bagram Airfield – Power Station Fuel Infrastructure Upgrade

Location: Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Philadelphia District

AMC/ISI upgraded BAF’s fuel infrastructure by extending the underground pipeline and installing a dedicated skid system to directly supply fuel to the 87MW power station. The new system eliminated the need for daily fuel truck deliveries and now delivers over 650,000 gallons weekly, significantly reducing logistics costs and improving operational efficiency.

Camp Eggers – TCF UPS System & Facility Upgrade

Location: Camp Eggers, Kabul, Afghanistan
Client: Program Manager – Power Projection Enablers (PM-P2E)

AMC/ISI delivered a custom-engineered UPS facility and full Tactical Control Facility (TCF) renovation at Camp Eggers. The scope included installing dual 160kVA UPS units, HVAC systems, new electrical panels, and constructing a steel platform-mounted facility. All power transitions were phased to avoid operational outages, and work was completed within a high-security zone under strict clearance requirements.

Area 82 – CONVAULT Fuel Storage Upgrade

Client: Program Manager – Power Projection Enablers (PM-P2E)

AMC/ISI replaced outdated fuel storage with four 3,000-gallon above-grade CONVAULT tanks and added four day tanks to support legacy generators. Despite regional shipping disruptions and integration challenges, the team delivered a fully compliant, force-protected system ahead of schedule, improving both safety and fuel logistics at the base.

TF IRONMan – Logistics Program for Electrical Bill of Materials (E-BoM)

Location: Afghanistan (Bagram, Kandahar, Leatherneck)
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Philadelphia District

AMC/ISI managed the full logistics chain for Electrical Bill of Materials (E-BoM) in support of Task Force POWER. The scope included warehousing, order fulfillment, and field-level distribution across three major hubs. A custom-built inventory platform and efficient delivery network reduced average material lead time by over 400%, significantly enhancing mission readiness across all Inspect & Repair sites.
