AMC/ISI provided round-the-clock operations and maintenance for Bagram Airfield’s 87MW power plant and electrical grid—the largest of its kind supporting U.S. military operations in Afghanistan. Across multiple contract periods, AMC ensured uninterrupted service, rapid emergency response, and turbine restoration, even under COVID-19 travel restrictions and wartime challenges.

Craig Joint Theater Hospital – MV Switchgear & Generator Restoration

AMC/ISI restored and maintained the medium-voltage switchgear and standby generators at Afghanistan’s premier U.S. military hospital. Initially a 6-month repair contract, the project evolved into a 3-year O&M agreement, ensuring zero critical outages and continuous power for life-saving medical operations.

Craig Joint Theater Hospital – MV Switchgear & Generator Restoration

AMC/ISI was awarded a contract to restore and maintain the MV switchgear and standby generators at Afghanistan’s busiest U.S. military hospital. Following critical system failures left unresolved by a prior contractor, AMC conducted full diagnostics, expedited repairs, and implemented a 3-year O&M program. Power was stabilized with zero critical outages throughout AMC’s service period.

Task Force POWER – Electrical Safety & Rapid Repair Mission

Location: Nationwide – All non-LOGCAP U.S. Facilities, Afghanistan
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Philadelphia District

AMC/ISI provided over 1.3 million man-hours of inspection and emergency electrical repair services under Task Force POWER. Operating as the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), AMC deployed rapid-response teams across Afghanistan to mitigate electrical hazards and safeguard personnel. The mission set the benchmark for electrical safety and responsiveness in contingency environments.

25th Signal Brigade – O&M Support Across 21 U.S. Army Bases

Location: Afghanistan – All U.S. Army Operational Bases
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Philadelphia District

AMC/ISI delivered full-service O&M for over 650 critical infrastructure assets across 21 U.S. Army bases in Afghanistan. Covering generators, HVAC systems, UPS units, and fuel systems, the program logged more than 108,000 man-hours under Task Order #107. AMC’s strategic onsite inventory and logistics coordination enabled rapid response, ensuring uninterrupted operations and enhanced equipment reliability across all supported sites.

CJSOTF-A – Inspection & Utility Maintenance Program

AMC/ISI provided specialized inspection, repair, and utility maintenance services for all CJSOTF-A sites across Afghanistan. Tailored to meet the operational demands of Special Operations Forces, the program ensured continuous infrastructure support in highly dynamic and security-sensitive environments. AMC’s agile response teams and localized resource planning enabled sustained utility performance and reliability across all mission sites.

Task Force SAFE – Electrical Safety & Risk Mitigation Program

Location: Iraq – All U.S. Military Facilities

AMC/ISI delivered nationwide inspections and electrical repairs under Task Force SAFE, addressing critical safety hazards across 700+ U.S. military facilities in Iraq. With over 112,000 man-hours completed, AMC brought diverse and often non-compliant systems into alignment with U.S. and international electrical standards—significantly reducing risk and setting a benchmark for future electrical safety programs in conflict zones.
