Area 82 – Billeting Facilities Construction

AMC/ISI delivered a complete modular housing facility for 20 personnel at Bagram Airfield using a stacked ISO container design. The project included foundation works, structural steel, utility connections, and protective roofing. Despite restricted access and regional logistics delays, AMC completed the facility to full client satisfaction through accelerated on-site execution and consistent communication.
Bagram Airfield – Power Station Design & Construction

AMC/ISI designed, built, and commissioned a permanent 87MW power station at Bagram Airfield to replace temporary generators and improve energy reliability. The station includes four Titan 130 turbines, one Taurus 60 turbine, and ten Cummins units, all integrated through 100MW-rated MV switchgear. The system was fully compatible with JP-8 and TS-1 fuels and tailored to the site’s extreme climate and altitude. AMC overcame major logistical challenges by airlifting turbines on Antonov AN-124 aircraft and customizing site installation, delivering the project on time and with an “Excellent” rating.
LSA Anaconda – Waste Incinerators #3 & #4 Completion

AMC/ISI completed the design, installation, and commissioning of four 64-ton waste incinerators at LSA Anaconda after the project was abandoned by a previous contractor. The work included salvaging and repurposing government-furnished equipment, constructing fuel systems, support facilities, and site infrastructure. Despite delays and material exposure, AMC delivered the project in four phases within six months, earning an “Outstanding” client evaluation for quality, safety, and leadership in restarting complex works.
CDC/JDC Warehouse Facilities – Full-Site Development

AMC/ISI completed a 96-acre logistics complex at LSA Anaconda, including the recovery of an existing warehouse and the construction of two additional pre-engineered buildings with full MEP systems. The scope included office fit-outs, utility infrastructure, roadworks, and engineered stormwater management. Despite weather-exposed materials and an 18-month site standstill, AMC restored and delivered the project on schedule and within budget, earning formal recognition from the client for quality and execution.
DS Maintenance Facility – Turnkey Completion Project

AMC/ISI completed the design and construction of five maintenance buildings at LSA Anaconda, recovering a site previously abandoned at only 10% completion. The scope included full MEP systems, interior finishes, fire detection, and administrative office fit-outs. All buildings were delivered fully operational, on time and within budget, earning client commendation for recovery planning and adaptability.
66kV Substation & 13.2kV Switchgear Modernization

AMC/ISI modernized the aging 66kV substation and 13.2kV distribution system at Joint Base Andrews, delivering a full infrastructure upgrade across two remote facilities. The scope included high-spec transformer and switchgear installation, building refurbishments, and fiber optic integration. Despite delays from permitting and asbestos abatement, the project was completed on time with no disruption to base operations. The client received a fully integrated, remotely monitored system that met all technical and safety standards.
New Luika Power Station – Turnkey 7.5MW HFO Power Plant

Client: Shanta Mining Company Ltd. (Shanta Gold)
AMC/ISI designed and delivered a fully automated 7.5MW Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) power plant to support 24/7 operations at the New Luika Gold Mine. Replacing a rental system, the plant featured six medium-speed generators, a complete HFO fuel farm, MV switchgear, and a centralized control system with built-in redundancy. Despite its remote location, the facility was commissioned under live-load conditions and engineered for long-term, cost-efficient performance.
Area 82 – Warehouse & Office Construction
